Brazo gitano

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • ½ Liter of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast powder

  • 1 sprig of cinnamon

Preparation:

First, separate the whites from the yolks of 4 eggs. Beat the egg whites to snow and incorporate half of the sugar gradually and stirring constantly. Grease a baking tray with butter, cover with aluminum foil and grease again with a little more butter. Arrange the dough in the tray and is stretched to cover the entire surface.
