Cantabria infinita on your palate: Restaurant Boga-Boga
The third day of our step-by-Cantabria we were able to visit the cave of The Soplao, San Vicente de la Barquera, the Natural Park of Oyambre and Comillasa. All of these wonderful visits were accompanied by good food, as is typical in the land cantabrian and for that we can attest to this fact, led us to two other restaurants with the quality seal Cantabria Infinita.
In San Vicente of the Barquera, we went to eat at restaurant Boga-Boga (Plaza Jose Antonio No. 9 Tel: 942 710 150), who are experts in meats as in fish, where in addition to tasting seafood dishes we were able to see the lobsters up close and learn some of its more interesting features.
The first dish was a crab with an exquisite taste, more of one we had to fight with him for lack of experience, but it certainly was worth it.
We continue with the products of the sea and the third dish were the anchovies open with salad, for a dish of these features need to be thoroughly cleaned each one of them and their spines, but they enjoy it in a different way. But to tell you that I was correctly.
We continue with a dish that I personally was fascinated because I had never tried it, the ratatouille baquereño with tuna and egg, the mixture of both products with the pesto gave it a milder taste.Still we continue to eat, the friendly waiter had already warned us that ate no bread with the pesto because but not pdoríamos taste the next dish,Grilled Fish a la Plancha with Fried Garlic. It is a dish that we loved it all, they were perfect, both of salt as the fire and the prawns apart to give it a unique decoration were great mixing up your flavors.
Dessert budin of flan and profiteroles accompanied by chocolate, as you know after having read so many post I am passionate about desserts, and I loved it. If you have come to these lands cantabrian do not fail to try their budin of flan because it is a real pleasure for the palate.
